Do-It-Yourself Deodorant: How To Do It

If you want to avoid getting your child exposed to the ingredients from ready-bought antiperspirants or deodorants, you can also make your own deodorant at home using some ingredients, such as coconut oil, baking soda, and essential oils. There are a lot of simple recipes, and such usually include the mixture of:

  • 1/4 Cup of Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup of Arrowroot Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of an Essential Oil

All you need to do is mix all ingredients, and have them melted and placed inside an empty deodorant bottle. All of the ingredients are natural, so there are less chances of getting your child harmed.
