What Are Types of Face Soaps?

There are a lot of face soaps that have proven to be the best when it comes to removing oily deposits, dirt, sebum, and other particles from skin products, like makeup, in an emulsified pattern, and some of them are:

  • Glycerin bars or transparent bars. This bar is used mostly in countries having winter season, and they have humectant–glycerine to counter the drying effects of soap;
  • Superfatted soaps. This one has a greater amount of lipids such as triglycerides, lanolin, paraffin, stearic acid, or mineral oils, providing the skin with a protective layer;
  • Deodorant soaps or anti-bac soaps. These have antibacterial agents such as triclosan, triclocarban, or carbanile to prevent the growth of bacteria and effectively stops odor;
